Team Building activity during a Sales & Marketing Conference

Challenge

Motivate a team of 180 sales and managers in a three hours programme

Programme: fencing!

With professional guidance, participants were taught the basic elements of fencing with important instructions including leadership, resistance, dependence vs. independence, strategy concentration and respect. Split in teams the groups were competing in a balloon fight.
The Conference Company selected a nice sport complex with space to move and good visibility for all.

Success

A very different sport activity than what is usually practiced. Delegates had fun and were able to do something all together while testing their personal dedication.
